2. About Nordics.Tech

Nordics.Tech is a platform that revolutionizes talent recruitment. We focus on aligning professionals and future talents with the right companies, emphasizing employment possibilities over traditional job ads. Additionally, we serve as an information hub for the Nordic tech scene, promoting the region's tech industry globally.

3. User Registration

• Eligibility: Only individuals aged 18 and above can register as "Talents". Minors are prohibited.
• Registration Process: A valid email is required (students must use their educational institution's email). Users must provide accurate information for verification purposes.
• Account Security: Users receive a unique username/alias and password. They are responsible for maintaining their account's confidentiality and for all activities under their account. Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure the content they upload is legal, non-offensive, and not in violation of any intellectual property rights.
• Users are responsible for their equipment, software, and data connections required to access the platform.
• Prohibited actions include probing the platform's vulnerability, violating third-party rights, and using the platform against applicable laws.

5. Service Provider Rights

• Content Modification: The Service Provider can adjust or deny inappropriate content and may modify user-generated content to align with platform standards.
• Service Interruption: Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical adjustments.
• Service Changes: The Service Provider can alter the service, its content, and user requirements without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the platform, its content, and any associated materials belong to the Service Provider.

7. Limitations & Disclaimers

• The Service Provider isn't responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the platform's information.
• Users use the platform at their own risk. The Service Provider isn't liable for any damages arising from its use.

8. Data Protection

9. Termination

Users can terminate their membership at any time. The Service Provider can also limit or cancel a user's access under certain conditions.
