New Uppsala University website launched

Uppsala University’s newest department, the Department of Social Work, has been a pilot in the development of the new University website.

Uppsala University has launched its new external website, marking an important milestone towards a more cohesive and user-friendly online experience for students, staff, and visitors. The updated website features a lighter and more modern design, with a unified main menu for easier navigation. The course catalogue has been revamped, making it simpler for prospective students to explore the wide range of courses and programs offered by the university. The website is built on the Sitevision web platform, known for its user-friendliness and broad industry support. The university plans to continue improving the website gradually, with the next step being the migration of the Staff Portal to the new platform, followed by other departments and web pages.
