Nano Area of Advance's Community Building Activity 2023
Community Building Activity organized by the Nano Area of Advance.The Nano Area of Advance recently held its annual Community Building Activity, featuring lectures, workshops, and an excursion, along with opportunities for networking and inspiration. Approximately 150 researchers, both senior and junior, participated in the event, where ongoing nanoscience research at Chalmers was presented. The Arne Sjögren Prize for the best doctoral thesis in nano research was awarded, and poster presentations were held. Guest speaker Professor Herre van der Zant discussed "Long-range charge transport in cable bacteria," addressing various nanoscience topics. The event aimed to foster collaboration, generate research ideas, and create a platform for networking among researchers in the nanoscience field.
