Finland fortifies its position in quantum computing with the launch of its second quantum computer, a 20-qubit device developed collaboratively by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and IQM Quantum Computers. This unveiling marks significant progression from Finland's first 5-qubit quantum computer launched in 2021. With ambitious plans, the nation is set to complete a 50-qubit quantum computer by 2024 as part of its effort to build three quantum computers in four years.
