DTU has made a notable leap in the latest Times Higher Education's 'World University Rankings', ascending from the 166th spot to the 126th rank globally. This progress places DTU as the seventh-best university in the Nordic region, an improvement from the previous year, and pushes it up 23 places in Europe to rank 51st. The significant rise in the rankings is especially attributed to DTU's advancements in teaching, where it jumped an impressive 97 spots. With the ranking taking into account factors such as teaching, research environment, research quality, industry involvement, and international outlook, DTU's upward move resonates with its strategic commitment to providing top-tier engineering education and cementing its position as a key partner for the business community.
